Most diode lasers have a wavelength tolerence of ±10nm. Those with a "D" in the part number are DFB or DBR structures with a built in grating. These lasers are more stable then the standard Fabry Perot type and generally have a much narrow linewidth.
Standard beam size is 4mm. Optional beam sizes are 1mm,2mm and 6mm.
